Discboard Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Discboard app, made by Byteshire LLC (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using Discboard, you agree to these terms.
License
Discboard is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these terms and under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these terms and Apple’s Standard EULA differ, these terms govern the matters they address; Apple’s Standard EULA governs everything else.
Discboard Premium subscription
Discboard is free to use with a generous free tier. Discboard Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes the free-tier limits.
- What Premium unlocks: unlimited discboards and unlimited album covers across all of them. The free tier includes up to 2 discboards and 25 album covers total.
- Subscription options:
- Monthly — $2.99 (US) per month.
- Annual — $19.99 (US) per year.
- Free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you have previously used the trial, you may not be eligible again.
- Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region; the exact price, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
Auto-renewal terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone/iPad, or App Store → account on Mac). Canceling stops the next renewal; the current period continues until it ends.
- If you start a subscription with a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Discboard only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app except to the extent that the law permits.
